How this story came about.

Hollie Olson wrote this screenplay after losing her brother, Jim Olson, unexpectedly in November 2010. While is does not portray her own family, it does reflect how her own family felt disconnected when he passed. 
Hollie felt writing it was amazing grief therapy and there are personal things all throughout the story that are from her own life.

Although, Hollie is an industry professional in acting, writing and directing, gearing up for a feature seemed overwhelming and really doing it seemed far out of reach. However, after a simple table read, where actors are invited to read each of the characters out loud,  the film breathed life rather quickly. From positive reviews to offers to  help from the local film industry, anyone who read the story wanted to step in and be a part of it.
